! Half-time!

This week half. Hard to believe, but half my time in America is already over now!
And as I think back, have I really experienced that very much! I have met many nice people, great trips made lots of new food met, celebrated great parties and improved my English. But despite everything I'm looking forward to Germany! To my family and friends and of course especially to Dani ... And here I am
since I notice also, as I will always patriotic: D
Everything that has to do with Germany, I find super great ... If I even begin to tell of Germany I'm from the shoals and not get out anyway, Germany is indeed the best country ... Because sometimes all the negative aspects are simply displaced. And so

Portsmouth has a twin town in Germany and so continue at irregular intervals Amis from Portsmouth to Germany. And as a tradition they celebrate every year a "real" Oktoberfest at the Irish Pub. Very mulikulti as you can see.

On Friday I went with Diana and Verena then to Chillicothe in a Halloween store. As you all know so sure, next weekend is Halloween and that's really a Riessen thing here in America. And since this Saturday already decency, the first Halloween party, I desperately needed and Verena a costume ...
in Chillicothe so there's a whole store, as big as a net or something, but with Halloween costumes and decorations! This is really crazy!
There are now thousands of spooky characters you can then put into the garden and of course all sorts of costumes: witches of Cats, pirates, Dirndl, any animals, nurse and doctor to the woman in the film Avatar .... There really is everything you can imagine! But unfortunately this is all not all that cheap and the costumes for girls are usually something very short and so I have only bought us and Verena Acessories ... Pictures follow below ...

On Saturday we went to Suzy, whose parents and a few others at the Shawnee Lake went to the barbecue. We had great weather hit, so we could even go with T-shirt and the landscape around Portsmouth is really beautiful in the fall! All the leaves turn colorful and it looks out of a picture book ...
