Megalodon Still Exist

German stuff in America

This week was again a German-heavy week ... :)

Verena signed me since I was here in America, infected with the crime scene fever. So we made
on Monday evening with a cozy scene of the crime-heated discussions about who the now could be the murderer. And to make the evening perfect, they were presented to Delicious Choco Crossies and Milka chocolate from Germany. My girls have super from Ertingen sent me a package that is packed with delicious German sweets:)
Thanks girls, you're the best! : -*

And when I love my family endless pasta has sent me and Verena have decided reluctantly to them not to eat all alone, but at least some to share with the Americans. And so we have Suzy, Roxy, and of course our German boy Kristian invited us to dinner.

I and Verena cooking

And also gave me my love Mama too marble and lemon cake sent ...

... who arrived very well:)

Friday was finally the big day. For weeks we talk about it, that we finally do in Aldi. Here in Portsmouth there is a right that is Aldi, which sells even a little German food and most importantly, Pumpernickel!
And so it went on Friday night at a girls night with first stop at Aldi.

And from the inside it looks like there here in Germany

And here the Pumpernickel:)
And no, I do not have the box only for the picture in his hand. Verena and I have really bought 18 packs Pumpernickelbrot! : D
And so it gives off no longer the U.S. rolls, but Pumpernickelbrot healthy lunch.

German strudel

butter and almond studs

And of course the cliche German food par excellence: Schweineschnizel

But of course gabs in Aldi also very much American food, such as this American Pizza - naturally Plus Size: D

Here again a little closer ...

And here again a very creative snack of Americans: Pizza Pretzel Sticks ...

After the very successful visit to the Aldi car girls drove with two very happy girls on to the liquor store. Since Halloween was on Saturday so, the Roxy and Suzy had still stock up with alcohol.

And again we were amazed at how great the bottles of alcohol in America ...

... crazy ...

: D

And then we went to the final evening of the girls in the restaurant "Applebee's". This is really one of the "smarter" Fast-food restaurants, which does not mean that depend not 10 TV on the wall ...

Roxy, me, Sara and Verena

Sara at Mousse au chocolat and eat in the background a bit jealous Verena;)
